Welcome to CareHubSenior.vip (“we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wellness and recovery services, digital information products, and physical products provided by CareHubSenior.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 Wellness and Recovery Services

Our wellness and recovery services include therapy sessions, guided exercises, nutrition consultations, and personalized care plans. Scheduling is subject to availability. You may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

2.2 Digital Information Products

Digital products consist of downloadable guides, video tutorials, and online courses. Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the content.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical products include equipment and wellness merchandise available for purchase on our site. You may return unopened items in original condition within 14 calendar days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds and credits are processed based on the type of offering:

• Wellness and Recovery Services: No refunds are provided for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment. If sessions are prepaid and a refund is approved, credits will be applied toward future services within 90 days.
• Digital Information Products: Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Physical Products: Upon receipt of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for wellness services must be scheduled through our online system or by calling +97427384994. Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our offerings in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareHubSenior and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or special damages arising from your use of our offerings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar without regard to conflict of law principles.
